The return of Title IV funds policy follows these steps:

The OFA will calculate the percentage of Title IV aid earned as follows:

Days Attended ÷ Days in Enrollment Period = Percentage Completed

The OFA will calculate the amount of Title IV 援助 earned as follows:

Step 4: Amount of Title IV 援助 to be Disbursed or Returned:

Total Disbursed 援助 – Earned 援助 = Unearned 援助 to be Returned

Institutional and student responsibility in regard to the Federal Return of Title 四、资金政策

1.       Providing each student with the information given in this policy;

2.       Identifying students affected by this policy and completing the Return of 第四章资金计算;

3.       Informing the student of the result of the Return of title IV Funds calculation and any balance owed to PCC as a result of a required return of funds;

5.       Notifying student and /or Plus borrower of eligibility for a Post-Withdraw 支付(如适用);

Post-Withdrawal支付

1.       Student and parents were in most cases verbally notified of the availability of post withdrawal 支付s by the OFA within one week from the date of R2T4 进行计算.
